2、 Process characteristics
(1) In order to ensure the progressiveness and reliability of the system, all key components, such as high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane, detection instrument and control system, are famous brands at home and abroad, and auxiliary equipment such as pipeline valves are also famous brands at home. Adopting reverse osmosis water purification technology, abandoning ion exchange technology, not only ensures stable water quality and easy operation, but also has the advantages of low operating costs and environmental friendliness;
(2) The pre-treatment unit designed based on the quality of raw water can ensure that the water quality meets the inlet requirements of the reverse osmosis unit, thereby ensuring the stable and reliable operation of the reverse osmosis device. It has the characteristics of economical operation, convenient operation, and continuous system operation;
(3) The reverse osmosis membrane is selected from Dow Chemical Company in the United States, which has the characteristics of large membrane area, strong anti pollution performance, high desalination rate, low operating pressure, high water flux, stable performance, and strong applicability to raw water.
(4) The selection of high-pressure pumps fully considers the factor of increased resistance of reverse osmosis membranes over time, and the parameters of the selected pump can meet the performance requirements of reverse osmosis membrane use;
(5) The entire water production system adopts PLC+upper computer automatic control, with two sets of automatic/manual control programs. When placed in the automatic control program, it can be turned on or off with one click. In addition, the system is equipped with high and low pressure protection, automatic membrane flushing, to ensure that the reverse osmosis membrane works in its optimal state and extends its service life.
(6) The system is equipped with primary and secondary water quality detection devices, which can detect and display the operation status of the equipment at any time. When the water quality of the produced water does not meet the design requirements, it can automatically alarm and shut down the system or automatically reflux the unqualified produced water to the reverse osmosis inlet as needed to ensure that the water quality meets the design requirements.
